AKHSS Chitral Produces a Gentleman Cadet

Muntazir Hassan, son of the proud Muhammad Khan, was born in the valleys of Parkusap Chitral, in northern Pakistan. For most of his student life, Muntazir was a student of the Aga Khan Education Services, first at the Aga Khan School of Parkusap and later, his matriculation and F.Sc. from Aga Khan Higher Secondary School (AKHSS), Chitral.

Always proving himself with good behavior and hard work, Muntazir demonstrated gratitude for the contributions of AKHSS in his education. 

Upon graduation from AKHSS, Muntazir received admissions at the University of Engineering and Technology, Peshawar in the department of Electrical Power Engineering. After receiving this, he sent a heartwarming message to his former high school saying, "I am blessed to be a part of such an outstanding institute, which not only educates, but makes the students active members of society with strong ethical and moral values."  

At the same time, Muntazir successfully qualified for the processes of Inter Services Selection Board, which is the highest recruiting body of officers in the Pakistan Army. After a rigorous process, Muntazir was selected to become a training officer in the under 42-Long Course. He is set to join Pakistan Military Academy Kakool in the month of November 2018 for a two-year training programme and in due course, will be granted commission as 2nd Lieutenant. 

Explaining his decision to join the Army, he said, "I opted to go for army training because I feel that it provides me with an opportunity to serve my countrymen and my country".

Muntazir expressed his gratitude to the contributing factors in his success in the following words: "The credit of my success goes to the blessings of God, and the guidance of my parents and teachers at AKHSS Chitral. The environment of AKHSS, its various sessions and the care of its teachers and principal gave me the know-all to be successful in life."
