Aga Khan Academy, Nairobi - Senior School

Established in 1970, the Aga Khan Academy, Nairobi is a private, co-educational school situated in pleasant surroundings in the Parklands suburb of Nairobi.

The School serves approximately 350 students from international and multi-cultural communities. The School is open to all students and does not discriminate in admissions on nationality, ethnic origin or religion . It is operated by the Aga Khan Education Service, Kenya (AKES, K).

The Aga Khan Academy Nairobi, Senior School operates Grades 7-13 and offers the IB Middle Years Programme, IGCSE Certificate and IB Diploma Programme.

The Aga Khan Academy Nairobi, Senior School is an International Baccalaureate World School offering a holistic programme of education combining a rigorous academic focus with a broad range of athletic and enrichment activities.

Our academic programme has been developed through the implementation of the Middle Years Programme (MYP) and Diploma Programme (DP) curricula. The International Baccalaureate defines the framework and forms the basis for a contemporary education that provides students with:
