Aga Khan School, Kharadhar recognises the importance of a well-rounded education. The School regularly provides students with opportunities to broaden their horizons through exchange programmes like the YES programme by iEARN, a one-year scholarship to attend high school in America with a host family.

Health issues are also stressed and staff from the Aga Khan University’s School of Nursing and Medical College conduct discussions on health issues.

The School also organises a series of seminars and awareness programmes on future trends in various professional fields.

Students are encouraged to enhance and pursue their interests in sports, art, aesthetics and music. Popular sports include cricket, football, table tennis, throw ball, badminton and basketball.

The School art room is equipped with facilities for students to enhance their artistic capabilities. The Art teacher is actively supported by subject teachers who guide and prepare students for music and drama competitions, and take them for excursions to various museums.

Students also actively participate in local and international essay writing competitions in different languages, quizzes and debates, science exhibitions, and spelling bee competitions.
